I was assigned to I Troop, 3rd Squadon, 11th acr and fought with the 25th during 1968. The hardest months being April-May 1968. I was part of TF Dunlop/Deam and help retake FSB Maury. Anyone remember the nva we had pinned in the swamp. For those who need help with va, I found a large number of vietnam afteraction reports for the 25th and part of 4th Inf on the internet at Texas Tech Vietnam Acheive. Number location is 16830000000. It was free and easily accessable.

Reading more of my grandpa's journal and in it he says he was assigned MOS 36k20 (field wireman) assigned to Brty A, 3rd BN, 13th Field Artillery 155 Howitzers also known as The Gypsy Battery, and he also says The Clan. Looking for any information or stories you might have if you knew my grandpa Abraham (Abie) Gallegos he served 2/5/70-1/15/71

My name is Anna my grandfather's name is Abraham Gallegos he passed away last year and my grandmother lent me his journal. In it were some brief entries of his time in Vietnam. He served from 2/5/70-1/15/71 3rd Battalion 13th Artillery (The Clan)I'm not sure I'm in the exact right place, but I'm looking for any information on him and the time he served. One thing he wrote about was falling through a bunker made of metal culverts and sandbags, and being grateful to the soldiers that dug him out. Any information you might have would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.
